With the Kings of Fall crowned, it's time to start the King of Battles! In KB International Championship, 16 players (8 Korean and 8 Non-Korean) face each other in a GSL-style tournament format to compete for 1280 EPT Global Points and a $30,000 prize pool!
This is a chance for Serral to claim a new crown, as his road ended early in both DH SC2 Masters Fall events. It will also be interesting to see how the cream of EU talent will measure against their Korean opponents. Many who didn't qualify into the Season Finals last month get the chance to display their prowess now!
- First Group Stage:
- Double-elimination.
- Starting matches are Bo3.
- Winners', Losers' and Decider matches are Bo5.
- Top 2 players of each group advance to the Playoffs.
- Playoffs:
- Single-elimination.
- Quarterfinals are Bo5.
- Semifinals and Finals are Bo7.
