Serral 1-3 Elazer

Serral 3-0 MaNa

Qualifier & Group stage

Another WCS event begins, this time in Montreal, Canada. Serral has once again shown his strength as he qualifies for another WCS major event through the Challenger series. Although the young Zerg did not pick up the qualifier victory he did manage to place in top four which guaranteed him a spot at the main event.

As a Challenger qualifier this meant that he would begin his tournament in the Group Stage 3 once again where he would be joined by PiLiPiLi, DnS and Seither. Serral managed to clean sweep the group once again with a 2-0 victory over both PiLiPili and DnS and secure himself a spot in the Round of 16. Familiar territory for Serral now as he has managed to get himself to multiple Round of 16 or higher at WCS events this year but yet to claim a victory.

First up in the RO16 he will face a familiar opponent in the form of MaNa and will hope to take the series comfortably. With a decent looking bracket (and nemesis Neeb on the other side) things look promising for Serral. Having gathered a lot of WCS points towards Blizzcon later this year claiming a victory at a Major event is still number one priority for the young Finn and he will be aiming to do so in Montreal. We hope you cheer him on as he journeys through another WCS event.
