A news that everyone has been waiting for, as ENCE’s CS:GO team is finally complete with the acquisition of Slaava “Twista” Räsänen as the teams Head Coach
Slaava is a Counter-Strike veteran who has been involved in the game for over 15 years. Through his playing career he played for some of the better Finnish CS 1.6 teams. With the transition to CS:GO, he was best known for his days as a player first, but also a coach for his former team iGame for a better part of 2 years – along with current ENCE player Sami “xseveN” Laasanen. Having a coach with the pedigree to understand high level Counter-Strike is essential in the progress of our squad and we are delighted to have finally signed Twista.

“ENCE has been playing great Counter-Strike these past few months. But now comes the hard part after a few good results. We need to show the work ethic and willingness to grind out our issues to maintain and become better in many ways. The immediate future will see us working on our communication, grenade efficiency and further improving our teamplay throughout the round – so that there are no uncertain moments.”, said Slaava “Twista” Räsänen, Head Coach of ENCE on ENCE TV
Twista joins the squad as the busy period gets going, with IEM Chicago qualifiers kicking off today at 11:00 CEST vs. Space Soldiers, continued by ESEA relegation next week and DreamHack Open Montreal the week after.
