DreamHack Winter

The time has come for another DreamHack and this time it is the Winter event which as always will take place in Sweden, Jönköping. Although there are multiple games being played at the event ENCE will only play in the DreamHack Hearthstone main event, with the SC2 and CS players competing in the Nordic Championship. The event will start Thursday 24th November and all the action will be available right here on the website through our match alerts on the main page.

Nordic Championships 2016

Although the Nordic Championships will take place at DreamHack Winter they are a standalone tournament which is coming to its conclusion at the venue. The groups and brackets have already been played previously and ENCE will be represented by both Serral and the Counter-Strike team at the event.

Starcraft II

Serral has made it through to the Semi-Final of the Starcraft II event where he will be playing against Swedens own Zanster. Also joining them will be Snute (Norway) and Lillekanin (Denmark) in the other Semi-Final. The prize pool will see the winner of the tournament take home the title and €3000. You will be able to catch all the action live right here on the website which starts Thursday 13:30 CET.

Counter-Strike

The Counter-Strike team will also be competing in the Nordic Championship however they will be going straight into the final where they will face Swedish side Epsilon. The team managed to make it here after taking down Norway in the online semi-finals and secure themselves a top 2 finish. The winner of the final will claim the title as well as a €6000 from the prize pool.

In regards to the 5th member of the team we have invited Roope ‘tomsku’ Simpanen to join ENCE on a tryout basis.
