IEM returns to South Korea as the first event of the 2018 circuit takes place in PyeongChang. Serral will be making his way there as one of the qualified players and will be looking to continue his streak of victories. After recently winning his first ever WCS event the eyes of the world will be on him as he prepares for the upcoming event.

The event will see 18 players (NA plays in a RO18, others seeded into RO16) battle it out for a $150,000 prize pool and the first title of IEM Champion for 2018. Serral will be facing off against Colombian player eGGz in his first game of the day in the upper portion of the RO16 with other notable participants such as Zest, Scarlet and Elazer. The tournament will be a BO5 single elimination format with the finals being a BO7.
