Assembly Winter 2018 Preview

Assembly returns once again for the Winter LAN event which takes place in Helsinki, Finland. The LAN event which hosts space for players to come together and enjoy gaming over a few day period also provides some of the best eSport events to view in Finland. The winter 2018 will be no different as it will be hosting a number of different events with ENCE competing in two of those that will be on show. The event will take place from 2nd-4th February at the Messekeskus Exhibition Hall in Helsinki.

OMEN by HP: Overwatch

The first event that ENCE will participate in will be one of the major hosted tournaments not only in Finland but for Overwatch EU scene in general. Sponsored by OMEN by HP the Overwatch tournament will boast a prize pool of €10,000 split amongst the four teams that will compete. ENCE and Team Gigantti have been invited to the tournament and they will be joined by two qualifying teams FC Lahti Menace and Team Nemesis.

The event will be played across two days in a double elimination bracket with the details below.

Friday, February 2
15:00 EET – Winner Bracket #1
17:00 EET – Winner Bracket #2
19:00 EET – Lower Bracket #1

Saturday, February 3
12:00 EET – Winner Bracket #3
14:00 EET – Lower Bracket #2
16:00 EET – Grand Final

This will be the first LAN event where we will see the new Overwatch lineup and we are very excited to see what the team is able to achieve. We hope that you cheer on ENCE if you are at the event or on one of the official streamed channels that will be available from the tournament.

MSI Rainbow Six: Siege Showmatch

The next game that ENCE will be represented in is the MSI showmatch for Rainbow Six Siege. This will be a one off game featuring ENCE vs Moti On Gaming and will be played on Saturday 20:30EET

This is a great showmatch for the team as they prepare to get ready for the Six Invitational which will take place shortly after in Montreal. The team are rolling on a high of winning the last Pro League Championships and will be looking to display their continued dominance. It will also be the first time we see the new lineup which features UUNO joining the team.
